If I could give Jones Junction Hyundai -100 stars I would
My experience with this establishment was abysmal. My vehicle required a one-day repair, but it was kept for 9 days. Despite having open recalls, they technician told me I could come pick up the now car since I didn't want to wait, after already waiting 9 days. I was not provided a loaner, and additional fees were added to my balance without notification. The invoice did not match the amount I was asked to pay, which was $300 more than the original amount. The customer service was unacceptable, with rude and unprofessional representatives and management. It appears that they are collaborating to scam and steal from their customers. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Efficient and friendly dealer
Purchase of my PEV Limited Tucson was easy and efficient. No sales pressure, even for the add-ons like extended warranty, which I purchased since repairs to electronics are expensive and I didn't want to have that worry (and the car is very electric!). They knocked money off my purchase because my wife had bought a Subaru from an associated dealer, which I really appreciated since I never asked. (Her purchase at the Jones Subaru was also a good experience.) I waited on my purchase until Jones ended the add-on premium for purchasing a hybrid, though other dealers continued that shameful practice. Overall a good dealer.

Such a great place to go.
We bought our first Jones vehicle in 2020 and still have it. Last Sept 2023, we brought my cousin and he got a car. Just went back today 3/20/24 and within a couple of hours left in a brand new 2024 Hyundai Tucson with 19 miles on it. This was a gift for my Mother and she LOVES it. Parked in driveway and handed her the keys. A special thank you to Alyson who helped me out on the Facebook Messenger (I responded to one of their facebook ads) and to Michael T Stender, the salesman who was literally at the door when I parked and got me in and out, the finance dept and Peter who handled the paperwork.

Piston Ring recall not done correctly?
Brought Elantra in for service July 2022 for NU engine software due to mfg. defect of piston rings. Took 7 hours and keep getting notices for this recall months later. Was it done correctly? Apparently not, as #3 spark plug seized after recall work. Not bringing it in for USB theft recall until this is straightened out.

Horrible service
Two months ago I had two tires replaced on my 2022 Santa Fe at Jones Hyundai. Today my tire light comes on, one is low. Come to find out it has a screw in it. Called Jones to see about getting it serviced as they state the tires have a 2 year road hazard warranty. Call gets bounced around, they can't get it in for a MONTH. Transferred to another department to see if it could be a walk in, told by a very snarky rude woman that tires don't have warranties (service dept had just verified the tire warranty on this vehicle prior to transferring the call). Let her know the warranty was verified, she then tells me it will take a month for an appointment and transfers the call back to service. 3 calls later, same answer. Only alternative offered is to drop off the car and they will eventually get to it. Asked what I am supposed to do for transportation while my car sits there, response was "I don't know". Was told by different people that they are the busiest Jones service dept. (not my problem) and that there was no one else to speak to because people are leaving work in the late afternoon. Service is open until 8. Unfortunately not my only bad experience there but it will be my last interaction there. Do not recommend.

Excellent Customer Satisfaction
Purchased a new 2023 Genesis GV80 and within 4 weeks had a screw in the sidewall of one of my tires. The tires were on back order but the entire team went out of their way to get me back on the road quickly. Prices changed during the search process but the Service Manager recognized the differences and made adjustments to satisfy me. I am a 3 time customer of Jones and this goes to show you they are focused on quality and customer satisfaction. Thank You Jay and Seth for your help.

Hyundai Fuel Economy Reimbursement Program
My previous post from 3-11-22 seems to have been erased. . If your car is eligible for the Hyundai Fuel Economy Reimbursement Program; where you'll receive a Hyundai MPG Rewards Prepaid Mastercard (supposedly in 2 weeks). Things have changed drastically. BE ready for a 14 WEEK WAIT. In the past Sept. 2012, I purchased new and still the owner of 2013 Santa Fe Sport 2WD. In 2012, 2014, 2015, 2019 and 2020; I followed Hyundai's instructions for the "MPG Fuel Reimbursement Program." I took my car to Hyundai Service in Bel Air, MD. Zip 21214. Leon Wilson had a technician verify my car's mileage then Leon submitted my claim to Hyundai for the MPG Fuel Reimbursement. Two weeks later, I received an email from Program Headquarters, thanking me for submitting my claim and I received the Hyundai MPG Rewards Prepaid MasterCard in the mail 10 days later.
On 12-15-21, Advisor Carol Lester had tech verify the mileage as 127,394. She DID NOT submit my claim to Hyundai for the MPG Fuel Reimbursement, like Leon Wilson did in the past 5 years. I waited 3 weeks and didn't receive an email from Hyundai MPG Fuel Reimbursement Program.
1-5-22, I returned to Hyundai Service in Bel Air, MD. 21214. Advisor Tony Ganzermiller had tech verify the mileage as 127,627. He DID NOT submit my claim like Leon Wilson did in the past 5 years. Six more weeks I've waited and still haven't received an email from Hyundai MPG Fuel Reimbursement Program. I went to Hyundai Service two times and it still hasn't been submitted correctly. It's been a total of three months waiting. I even called Jay Kendall on 1/22/22 and 2/14/22, he never returned my call, nor after on 3-11-22 post. I had to take matters into my own hands. (YOU will have to also). On 2-18-22, I called Hyundai Program Headquarters and spoke to Aubry, Client Care Specialist. She was exceptional. I had to scan & email my two receipts from 12-15-21 and 1-5-22. She replied with an email: Processed my subsequent mileage reading manually.
After 14 weeks waiting, I FINALLY received in the mail my “Hyundai MPG Rewards Prepaid Mastercard."

Fraudulent oil changes
Zach, Jessica Stanton, Jay all were arrogant and lacking vehicular service knowledge. Zach declared I was ignorant on the car lot w/potential customers present. Jay was supposed to deal w/these issues and did not. I have photographic evidence to support these claims. I'm wondering if Hyundai corporate is aware of how potential repeat customers are being treated? It appears that this type of behavior is shared from top to bottom as I have dealt w/most of the service team. If a simple oil change cannot be performed correctly, why would anyone trust Jones of Bel Air to service their vehicle in the future?

I took my car in for service. Carol Lester was very helpful . She explained every detail that needed to be done to my car . She was so helpful. Thankyou Carol for helping me ,made my visit easier. My car was fixed and I'm very happy.
