Smooth Transition and Very Helpful Staff
Guillermo, our sales associate, was very welcoming when we first arrived. He gave us a quick tour and accurate inventory of what was in stock; we made our selection, test drove the vehicle I wanted, and that same afternoon we drove back home with a brand new Tucson. Before we left the dealership, Guillermo explained in great detail all the safety features our SUV was equipped with and helped me effectively pair up my phone in order to have access to additional safety features, like being able to see Google Maps on the screen...that to me is extremely important! Mr. Puga, our finance manager, ran the numbers and helped us select the extra services we asked about, making the transition to our final payment a success. Looking forward to returning for a future purchase!

Abagail is the best. Her customer service went above and beyond what I have ever experienced. She picked me up to take me to the dealership and on our ride explained the technology in my new 2022 Tuscon Hybrid. Her pleasant and helpful personality made the whole experience wonderful. I will absolutely recommend Bert Ogden Hyundai and Abagail to anyone who may be considering buying a Hyundai.
Eric in the financial department was also extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with.

Exceptional service with salesmen. Also went smoothly with all the paperwork. Pickup went well and salesman explained everything and answered a lot of questions. We are senior citizens and not quite up on all this computer stuff. He also said we could come back anytime to help us if we needed help.
