Spoke with Joseph. He said the service was very quick, very accurate, everybody was very friendly, quick turnaround. He wanted to thank them for getting him in so quickly.
Elizabeth said they go to them all the time. This last time they went in for a door repair, they said they fixed it but never did, the door is still messed up. She said they paid for it, then it should be fixed. She said they are cool but it's not worth it, if they charge, then they should fix.
The atmosphere is great when you walk in. You are waited on almost immediately. Wait time on your vehicle is exceptional. Trusted employees and owner is a must and you have it here. Would recommend to everyone.
Rebecca said they did what she needed them to do, and went above and beyond.

Stranded on a trip
I was 3 hrs into a 10 hr trip when my car suddenly began to act very strange. I drove slowly with my blinkers on to the nearest auto parts store to get codes read so I could inform my mechanic at home what was going on. He told me it was not safe to go the rest of the way without getting the car evaluated by someone. I was a mile away from Bland Street Auto Center. John answered when I called and told me to make my way over and they would squeeze my car in for evaluation. They were super busy with people in and out, but regardless, in about an hour, John and the techs determined that they were not going to solve my engine issue with their first solution and that there was something more drastically wrong than just the engine coils. They took the time to explain what was happening and why they should do no more, they even spoke with my own mechanic over the phone. They removed the new parts, put my car back together with the old parts, informed me that it would need towed back home to my Audi specialist to evaluate. It was now Friday at 4:30pm. They closed at 5pm. One of the employees gave me a ride to a safe location to wait until my husband could come get me. Bland also towed my vehicle the following Monday 200+ miles with great communication throughout the entire process. John and his crew made me feel safe, informed, respected and taken care of throughout this entire ordeal. Thank you! I bet they are even saying some prayers, hoping that I won't need a complete engine replacement. Great guys, great business!
William said they were perfect to deal with, they handled his vehicle, there was no damage, it runs perfectly, and when they put new bulbs in it, they did it correctly.
Ethan stated that everyone was friendly and gave him food in the lobby. They are really nice people and did a really good job on the vehicle. They have good customer service.
