My truck is 4wd. And I love it!

I am so glad to have my truck.there are so many chores I can manage now that were challenging before. Hauling to the dump, hauling wood shavings, hay and straw us gorden supplies and plants. It is an easy drive, comfortable and safe!

Great truck but…..

My Toyota is a 4x4.Transmission shifts like it’s always looking a gear causing it to run higher RPMS than it needs to. The mileage is poor and underpowered getting in the low 18’s at best for highway mileage is not what was on the window sticker. I expected to get at least 20 to 21. It seems that Toyota would be more concerned about fuel mileage than they are. There are half ton trucks out there that get better mileage than the Tacoma. I would say I am disappointed with the newer Tacoma and I at present own 4 Toyota trucks one of them being a 3.4l 1997 that seems to have just as much power as the 2021. Toyota trucks are well built and last a long time but there is room for improvement for sure

We just picked up our pickup today and it is great, love all the features and drives so smooth Spent a couple hours going through all the settings, getting the app, getting our garage door connected, setting up mine and my husband's home page
