Daniel said he had to take the vehicle back twice because the trunk was leaking. The trunk is still leaking. He is still working with the business on the issue. He was not told when the vehicle would be ready.

Spoke with Susan. She said everything was done well and she was happy with it. The only hang-up was waiting a little for parts, but that was fine. One part took an extra week, but they kept her advised of what was going on, so it was fine. She was very happy the insurance people told her this facility did good work for them.
