BEWARE!!!!
Took car in for a squeaking sound from from of from of the Ford Edge. Jeff (Bonnell?) and he used scare tactics to try to convince into unnecessary work. Jeff stated the car would not pass inspection. (FYI I got it at a gas station the next day with no issues and nothing repaired) He said the car needed a laundry list of repairs totaling $3000. I refused the work and took my car to a reputable local repair shop I have used in the past for a 2nd opinion. All the car needed was front brake pads and rotors replaced. Not the calipers or any of the other 10 items that must be replaced.
