close to home, fast but good job completion, honesty
I was very satisfied with the front end alignment and found them to be quick in completing the job. They offered to take me back to the house since the job would take approx 1 hour to 1 1/2 . Since I choose to wait and walk the dogs I asked if they would call which they did promptly.. They are always friendly and very helpful.

Great service
I love that the communication with the mechanic was right on. He only fixed what needed to be fixed. I'm glad the car got fixed before our baby is due next week.
In the city they are rude and you have to book a week or more in advance. I called and was seen the next day. My car was done the following day. I love the small town life. They really know how to take care of Castroville citizens. This is why I love the small town life.

Great visit, keep up the good work.
I had waited at the local GM dealers counter for over 5 minutes with no greeting at all from several wokers behind the counter. As a Napa Car Care shop owner from NC I knew this was not acceptable. So I left and found your shop and was taken care of immediatly and professionaly as soon as I walked in.

Good job
I went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and for my KLN air filter to be cleaned. I had made an appointment the day before for 9 AM. Went I got there, they took my vehicle right in and I was on my way in no time at a reasonable price.
