Quick and detailed experience.
I called different auto shops to see if they could install owner parts for me and I pay for labor. I happened to find Bowie Auto Clinic and gave them a call and spoke to Sean or Shawn (sorry I don’t know how it is spelled). He was very courteous and told me they could install my parts. He went over how much they charge for labor and I was satisfied with what was offered. I dropped ofd my car and to my surprise I found out the next day I ordered two of the same side front struts and needed the right side since I ordered two lefts. They held onto my car while the new parts arrived and I dropped them off and they took car of business. Extremely nice and courteous people and I enjoyed talking to them. I will visit them again for any of my car needs. Thank you again, Bowie Auto Clinic and Sean for excellent service.

Satisfied customer...finally
After experiencing the same issue with my truck (2018) I've dealt with for over a year, I was prepared to finally trade it in. I used the dealership service center in two different states multiple times, and they could never identify the problem. On a last second hail mary, I brought it to BAC, and Shawn (sp?) diagnosed it without even looking at it. The diagnosis proved correct, and it's run with zero issues ever since.
