Last minute service and evaluation
What a pleasant place to do business with. It’s not often you find an auto repair shop that you feel confident in their work and exhibits a superior level of professionalism and customer service. Sean took care of me today. He was courteous and professional. He was well spoken, took the time to explain things to me, and answer all my questions. Sean was careful not to over sale me services I did not need. An example of this is; I was fully ready to get a flush and fill of my transmission fluid but Sean said it was not needed and informed me of the current color of my fluid which was a clear indication I did not need a flush and fill at this time but perhaps at my next routine maintenance. Sean called me on my cell to keep me informed and set a clear expectation of how long my car would need to be at the shop. This allowed me to plan my work day and get other things accomplished.

This was my second visit to Bowie Auto Clinic and provided my services performed holds out (I don’t have any reason to think they won’t) I will become a regular customer. I often hear people say “find a good mechanic”, which I can never seem to do other than the dealer and sometimes not even them. I now have one at Bowie Auto Clinic. My first visit there I had the same type of experience. Thank for being a great service provider in times it’s such a rarity. Know that your care for your customers has been noticed and is appreciated.

Three Hondas Later
Ive been going to Bowie Auto Clinic for at least the last five years and I’ve had nothing but great service. I’ve had anywhere from tire to subframe issues and all were completed with no issues and at a reasonable price. What I’ve appreciated the most was the level of explanation and transparency given to me prior and after any work gets done on the car. I’m big on DIY but there’s just some things that need to get done by a pro and Bowie Auto Clinic is my go-to mechanic.
