Picked my vehicle up with a new issue after it was repaired
My SUV was repaired by their service department under a Hyundai warranty. I picked my vehicle up after the repairs were complete and didn’t know until that night when it was dark that one of my headlights was out. Open the hood to check the to find that the wiring for my headlight was a mess and not reconnected properly. I tried calling to report the issue and was told I would have to go through the service rep. Ive called multiple times, left multiple voicemails without a response. I had 2 working headlights and a working turn signal when My vehicle was dropped off. Now I have a turn signal and headlight out and no response from the dealership. I live over an hour away so just dropping by there doesn’t work without taking time off work. I’ve also asked in my multiple voicemails if they could mail my EZ pass that was forgotten in the loaner vehicle and I would pay the shipping. I went nearly a month without my vehicle only to get it back and have an issue because the service department didn’t put things back together correctly. It’s extremely frustrating!

My appointment for 9 am to rotate tires, replace oil filter and look at 2 doors that are sticking ended up being a waste of 2 1/2 hours of my time. The 9 am appointment apparently meant nothing. I waited in the waiting room for 2 hours with no interaction after handing over my keys. I thought it was taking too long so went out to check, when the gentleman pulled up the info on the screen he went to speak to someone else. He came back and said it would be another hour because they had to remove the door panels and asked if I would like a ride home, I told him no I would have someone pick me up. Fuming I went outside to calm down, when I saw a car that looked like mine at the end of the parking lot and went to look, sure enough My car had been sitting in the parking lot the entire time I was in the waiting room. This, on top of the last time I dropped the car off to have the same doors looked at and an oil change and it took 3 DAYS!!!!! I am also still waiting for the call that my fuel canister is in from about a year ago. I was bribed to change my last bad review with a free oil change which I still have, that won't be happening again.

Staff was very. Orteous but there are few issues:
1) Refer to my comment on $645/-
2) Tuscon Hybrid not providing the mileage mention either within city or in freeway. It provides the worse mileage than 2014 Toyot Camry hybrid.
