Terrible service center
I made an appointment for a software update that took 5 hours and the car wasn't updated. I pull up to my driveway and noticed my rear bumper had scratches on it. I send them a message about it but no reply. I go in another day to update vehicle and speak to a service manager about the scratched bumper, they were looking at video but ultimately giving me the runaround. They wanted to put me in a rental to update my car, I told them I'm not going to leave my car here for 1 or 2 days while you have careless employees driving it. Made another appointment this time I'll wait. I pull in for my appointment and my advisor Chad Trombley says they can't update the software because of issues with the site, so I asked to speak to a manager about the scratches on my bumper which they were supposed to give me an update about. Chad took it upon himself to look at the video of me pulling in the previous week and showed me a picture with my car having scratches on the bumper, only 1 problem with that he didn't ask the time my appointment was last week and he found my car in 2 minutes. I told him this picture you just took is from me pulling in right now. His dishonesty is quite disturbing. At this point I don't want to have anything to do with Brandon Hyundai. I'm quite over it, but on my way out I asked the manager any update about the scratches on my car and he said he doesn't know what the other manager 's conclusion was. He was totally unhelpful, had no interest in helping me out in the matter. I will never recommend anybody go there. Do yourself a favor and go any other Hyundai dealership. It is and has been such a bad experience the last 4 years going there.

Renewed faith in Hyundai
This review is a little past due but I have not forgotten the service I received from Abe in the service dept, and I believe in giving credit where it's due. I took my car in after purchasing a new battery, which was thought to be the cause of car not starting. The problem continued and died again in route to Hyundai for service, having to be towed. I was checked in by Abe, who was great and kept me updated.
After major inspection it was determined to be the alternator, but in doing so they killed my new battery. Thank goodness my car is still under warranty, but I was told I would have to purchase a new battery for the repairs to be completed. I made it very clear to Abe that was unacceptable, to which he agreed and had my back. The initial request to replace my new battery was denied but after continued conversation between Abe and his manager, my battery was replaced at no cost.
Thank you Abe for having my back and getting me into a rental while my car was being serviced.

Will never go back
Terrible experience with this dealership. Internet prices are absolutely false, they lowballed our trade in at 1/3 of the latest evaluation, tried to hold our key faub hostage to extend negotiations, and tried to sneak in $3,000 worth of worthless “dealership upgrades”. My wife and I will never go back to this clown show of a business. Run away, or better yet, don’t even go there. would give zero stars if it were a choice.

Great Car Buying Experience
We were in contact with Anthony Jackson even before we got to the dealership because there was a specific car we were interested in. He had the car ready to be test driven when we arrived. We tested and then purchased the car. Great experience from start to finish. Anthony even recommended a good place to grab dinner afterwards.

Horrible experience
Do NOT finance a car from here! If you ever have to work with Troy White in finance, watch yourself. He convinced me to get the car package because he told me “it will be no extra cost to you and interest will pay for it.” He also said, “I don’t know how Hyundai hasn’t figured this out yet, but it’s basically a free package for you.” I electronically signed all my documents because Troy told me that this color is where you sign and told my husband you sign wherever this color is. We did that then he gave us a thumb drive of all the documents. The next morning I looked at the thumb drive and saw an extra package added on in the amount of $1767 AND he changed my total car payments from 70 months to 75 month!! ! I immediately went back to the dealership that next day where I had to wait to speak to Troy. After he argued with me and told me that my length of the car payments wouldn’t change and neither would the amount, he FINALLY brought out a document of cancellation for the package that we signed on 3/16.
To this date, Hyundai has NOT refunded that check to the bank they financed me with for the car. The director of finance told my husband and I on 2 different occasions that it would take up to 6 weeks for the bank to receive the check. Troy has told me the check hasn’t been sent out and doesn’t know what’s happening because they longer have a director of finance. Not only this, but I have text messages from Troy stating he would contact his director and that I have his word that he would figure it out. Do not waste your time here. It’s unfortunate because we loved our salesman, Darryl. He was honest and helpful throughout our entire process. My sister even wanted the same car through Darryl, but this entire situation has completely changed her mind. The general manager has yet to contact me back about everything, despite Troy verifying today via text that the GM has received my email. Troy refuses via text to give me the GM direct number. He is a scammer and unprofessional. The General Manager clearly knows about it and not an email, text or even phone call to us.Sounds like they know they messed up. Michelle, before you write me saying you’re disappointed that I am not happy with your service, check your email.

Update: Jonathan Soto states he sent the check out to Ally and that it was delivered 5/10/24. As of 5/28/24, the bank states that the check has not been received. Don’t trust these people. They will say that they fire these people but they actually still work there. They don’t care and will continue to keep doing this.

Out there
Told a salesman that I wanted to see an Ioniq 5. He told me “there’s one in showroom and some out there” (pointing to the lot). I went in showroom while the salesman sat back down in his chair ,… no 5 in showroom. Walked out, told salesman there’s no 5 in the showroom. His response, “I’m the of you they are out there,” again pointing to the lot. As I walked “out there,” he sat back down. I couldn’t find a 5 “out there” so I got out of there! I will go to another Hyundai dealership elsewhere.

Don't do business with Brandon Hyundai dealership. They scammed me
I wrote a review about 30 minutes ago. I got off line for a few minutes, went back to the review site and there it was. Now, 30 minutes later it is gone. This is so much like my experience with Brandon Hyundai. Don't do business with them. They are a bunch of liars.

Still waiting
I have left messages and multiple emails in hopes of getting my deposit reversed, which I signed papers on to do such. I left a negative reviews a few weeks ago about my buying experience there which then two people reached out to me. One was by email and I explained the awful experience and heard nothing back. The other one called me immediately and said she was about to go into a meeting and would call me back and that’s been over a week. My buying experience was awful and now I just want anyone… Someone… To just let me know about how to get my Refund or charge reversed. I truly don’t know who else to reach out to as I’ve reached out to Jason in finance multiple times. When he wasn’t there Friday, someone else answered the phone and text me asking for my email and he would forward that on to Jason and here I sit with no phone call or email. At this point, I’m not sure why I’m even shocked, but I still would like to have my money back

Over promised…under delivered and still waiting for my refund
Was in communications with the salesman for one day. I told him I wanted to come and see it on the next, which was Wednesday. Never heard back from him all day Wednesday as his phone was broken I found out later. A manager reached out on Thursday asking how I experience was and I was completely honest with the situation of no communication. Never heard back from the manager. The salesman told me that they would easily beat the 9.1% interest for the used car loan that I Had set up from my Credit Union. Finance guy ran my information and came back with 9.7 interest rate. They did drop it down to 8.9%. I also put down $250 to hold my vehicle and when signing all of the paperwork said I would like to have it reversed. It’s now been a week and it’s not been reversed. I have emailed the finance department and I’ve heard nothing. Just left a voicemail so cross your fingers. Definitely will not be coming back as I feel they overpromised and underdelivered in multiple departments. My favorite part was when the salesman said that he forgot to also add in the $2000 toward the final cost. Just a stunning failure from sales, management and finance. Run don’t walk from this disaster.

Update: No phone call back from finance department about my deposit…emails sent…no response…ZERO!

Stay away
We did the deal and everything was fine until we got into finance. That’s when Tiffany tried forcing an extended warranty on us saying management doesn’t want to do the deal unless you buy the warranty and I even told her I knew I qualified for a better rate else where. I told her get the manager here and she said he wouldn’t come nor was there anything they would do. She tried saying if we brought a draft we would still have to buy a warranty otherwise they don’t want to do the deal. Forcing someone to buy these products in order to buy the car is illegal and I’m surprised the dealership allows this. We ended up buying the van and let the salesman know how unprofessional that was and that night she blew up my phone apologizing saying there was miscommunication and how could she make it right blah blah blah. And her behind was on the hot seat so a manager would be calling me. (Never happened by the way) she tried covering her tail saying I thought it was two car people just teasing as I have bought a lot of cars in the past. No there was none of that here. She tried to strong the wrong person and hopefully they retrain her before it gets any worse. Never again will I buy from Morgan and Morgan. Watch out.

We were looking for a car for our soon to be 16-year-old son. After explaining what we wanted and our price range, Matt in sales quickly found a match. He worked with us to get the price where we wanted it and within a couple of hours we were out the door with our son's new car. Perry in finance was also helpful and straightforward. Our experience was relatively quick and definitely easy.
