OMG! Im 6hrs from home. Need to get on the road ASAP. He's got a full lot of cars to fix. I walk up and he says Ill have it ready in 2 hrs. Burlington does not fail. Why because people like Brian! Love it!

If you are in Burlington don't go anywhere else than Brian's
I was visiting Burlington and at 5PM my car wouldn't start. I just got a new battery before the trip. Brian's was the 3rd place I called but the most helpful. He went through all the options for me to get my starter replaced for a low price. The other places quoted almost double. Brian is the kind of mechanic I wish I had in my city...honest, helpful and caring. He even apologize for not being there to fix the car the next day because he was off. But his staff was excellent and got my car fixed before lunch time. Most places you might not see your car for days. Thanks for saving my vacation in Vermont and I will be rooting for your success.

Great friendly service!
I Can’t say enough about this man and his staff! I was In Burlington for a medical procedure for my daughter. I broke a strut in my van and called Brian’s automotive. Brian got me right in and He and Jen provided us with transportation to UVMC and back to the shop! I had a pretty bad day and these people made things a lot better! I would recommend Brian to anyone who is looking for a honest and caring mechanic! Top notch service for sure!

Help in Emergency
Good service and great communication. I was traveling from Texas when my car began to overheat. Brian's Automotive looked at my car quickly to see if they could get me on my way at once. The problem was more significant, but they worked quickly to repair it. All along the way, they made clear what steps they recommended taking and why.
