Terrible Experience
Please do your research before going here! They charge $199.00 per mechanic hour, every other local shop charges $130.00-150.00!!! Garrett the front desk helper told me if I didn't like getting priced I could do the repair myself next time! Funny thing is they didn't actually do a REPAIR! Just charged me for 4 hours to tell me I needed to have my system flushed! BEWARE, call BC and Kovacs before agreeing to anything. I asked for an invoice with hours and corresponding charges...Dennis said he was not able to provide which is against the state of MI requirements outlined on https://www.michigan.gov/sos/industry-services/repair-facilities

Any good review they have is from the previous ownership.

Wish I could give them no stars … this place is just a scam!
Wish I could give them no stars … this place is just out to take your money! They use to be good , but since acquired by a chain all they wanna do is fleece you out of your money. Literally had my car inspected three days before taking it in only to have them tell me a whole bunch of stuff that wasn’t even wrong with it. for services not needed cheaper to go to the dealer! $3000.00 for brakes what a joke!

Excellent service
I have dealt with good people by taking my car there. Absolutely love and value the knowledgeable people. I appreciate brandon who gave me excellent feedback and information for repairs that needed to be done. They are the place I will always take my car.

A joke of a repair shop!
They don’t fix actual problems, just a shop living up to why everyone’s hates car shops. Charging for bs repairs and adding money to a bill you already have in hand. What a joke of a shop, taken 2 cars there. Both horrible experiences! And I was over charged a couple hundred dollars each time.

Quick and honest
I took my car in after hours of YouTube diy videos and trying to diagnose engine lights. There could have been very expensive options that would have not fixed the problem, they found damaged wires which was a much easier fix than the dealership that wanted to take half the engine apart.

Fixed for only $400
Friend of mine bought an older car, local repair shop charged 4 times the price of the car and it never was reliable. He walked everwhere for 1 year. I finally took it to BAS, fixed in 2 days for $400. I was confident the car would be repaired at a fair price, he couldn't believe his good fortune!

Possible Transfer Case leak
Rick whom took my call initially was very professional. Called on Monday afternoon and said they would look at it on Tuesday. After speaking with him this morning Tuesday, they had already inspected it and found it was just low on oil. Wonderful news because a new Transfer Case is 1500.00. My actual cost was 127.00 including tax. Was getting the run around at the Dealership and 2 other local auto ships. We are now devoted to them for any further service.
