Service sucks
Overpriced and not very professional!
last Year they charge me over $1900 to have a new part to fix my car air-condition. which is broke couple of months later. The other shop I went to recently told me to go check the expiration date if it is still on guarantee. .. this place told me it is already expired of course but the problem is only small problem they can fix it easily and they charge me over $300 for few minutes .fix the problem for half day, then broke again. I feel that I have been deceived twice. Don’t trust this dude!

Great first experience
I just wrote a review on Google, which is more than I usually do, but saw this site and felt compelled to provide our experience. We have two Range Rovers, a 22' and 2010. The 10's starter went out so we had it towed to BFM. It was going to take a month to get it into the Land Rover dealer. The manager, Khalil, went over the work that needed to be done, the costs, etc. The next day it was done. It was like bringing in a prescription. No calls saying there were delays, more work needed to be done, etc. We brought it in one day, out the next. They basically detailed it before we picked it up, which was another nice surprise. They cleaned it better than most car washes. K showed us the work they had done, went over bill a second time, made sure we were happy with everything. Quite honestly, this was the best experience we have ever had with someone fixing our car when it was out of warranty.
For what it's worth, in the area where you pay, there's a sign that reads, diagnostic work is $120. Someone mentioned they were charged $220. Khalil didn't seem like type of guy who would do that. There was another customer with a BMW who was behind me in line while he was running my credit card. I asked her if she had used them before. She said yes, they were great. Anyway, that was our experience. We were very happy with them.

New owners - beware, they are scammers
This is no longer owned by Fred, who was honest and fair. New ownership are the worst of the worst when it comes to mechanics. Do not trust a single thing they tell you. Stay away.

Takes your money, doesn’t fix the problem
I brought my car in because there was water leaking into the car. Khalil took a look at it for a few minutes and told me it was a roof drain that was clogged. He quoted me and said me to bring it in a few days later, which is exactly what I did. I came to pick up the car when he told me it was ready and paid the quoted amount. That night I park the car outside in the rain to confirm that the leak had been fixed, but to my dismay the inside of the car was wet again. I took the car over the shop again and showed him the water. He was completely uninterested and basically told me too bad, I’m not fixing it and I’m not refunding you. Avoid this shop at all costs. There are many other private shops in the area that actually perform real service.

Not sure where the good reviews are from, but dont ever take your car here.
The guy who claims to be the owner is a scammer (see Catlin L.). They did not inform me of their exhorbitant $120 diagnostic fee (double the dealer!) and then told me my problem (O2 sensors) would cost mover $1000 to repair. Dealer told me O2 sensors were OK and fixed the problem for $150. Since when is the dealer cheaper?

Quick to help
My radiator went on me on my way to work. I was near Brookline Foreign Motors and they took in my car for repairs that day. I went to them several other times and I was pleased with the work they did on my Honda. I tell other people that I work with to take their cars there since they are near our workplace and they have always been helpful to me. Thank you Brookline Foreign Motors for helping me!

This was my first visit to BFM. I brought in a near vintage 1993 Infiniti J30. I was impressed with the courteous service (Gustavo), the efficiency of the detailed repair quote sent by text (Fred), and the great end result.
