Overpriced oil change
$45 for an oil change is outrageous! I pay $25 at the dealer. Plus you tried to sell me additional service I did not need.

Honest work
I went in for an oil change and suggest filter replacement. The tech said filters weren't need at this time. I think most shops would have replaced the filters based on my suggestion. Very honest
