Reasonable & Fast
Chuck owner friendly and knows his business. Put in new clutch and starter for my Chevy s10 on June 21st. Took only 1 day which I though was very fast. Picked up truck which started right up with the new starter. The clutch was so responsive and solid. Very much better clutch than the original. It has now been a week and no problems. I'm very happy with the quality of work, Friendliness of associates and fast response time.
Don't worry about taking your vehicle to Chuck. You will be treated right. The work will be very good and the price right. Thank you C&L!

Car liner/mats
Chis was extremely helpful today when I called looking for a floor liner/mats for my new car. My experience in the past, is when you call a business; they are usually very short with you. However this was NOT the case at C & L automotive. Chris was very knowledgeable and spent a good bit of time with me, making sure I was getting the best product for my car. Thanks again for all your help!

Andy said he called and asked this business if they could tow his vehicle 6 miles to their facility, and they said it would cost him $70. He called Triple A, who towed it for free. They gave him a quote for what was wrong with his vehicle and how long it would take to fix it. He did not agree with the quote, so he did not have them do the work. They charged him $112 for the diagnostic. Because they were flushing the air conditioner to do the repair, they had to put it back in and add antifreeze. He does not know why they were flushing the air conditioner unit to repair the oil pump, but they said it would take 2.9 hours to repair, and he could have it done in 20 minutes. He would not recommend them for service based on his experience.

WE DIAGNOSED YOUR WATER LEAK AND FOUND THAT YOUR WATER PUMP WAS LEAKING, YOU WERE INFORMED OF THE CHARGE TO PERFORM THE WORK USING STANDARD MITCHELL LABOR TIME OF 2.0 HRS, WHICH YOU AGREED TO FOR US TO PERFORM THE WORK. YOU WERE NEVER TOLD THE TECHNICIAN COULD HAVE IT DONE IN 20 MIN. THAT WAS YOUR STATEMENT TO US. SHORTLY AFTER APPROVING THE WORK YOU CALLED BACK AND SAID TO STOP. AT THIS TIME THE TECHNICIAN WAS ALREADY REMOVING FREON FROM THE AC SYSTEM. YOU WEREN'T CHARGED FOR THE DIAG. YOU WERE CHARGED FOR THE EVAC AND RECHARGE OF THE SYSTEM, WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN MORE THAN WHAT YOU WERE CHARGED. AGAIN WE ARE VERY SORRY THAT YOU FEEL THIS WAY ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE, AND HOPE TO MAYBE HAVE ANOTHER CHANCE TO EARN YOUR BUSINESS
