Excellent in service
I’m a regular customer who has taken 5 or more different automobiles to carlord over the years. I have never been disappointed with the quality of service or the workmanship. Quick Responsive Service
Carlord is always responsive when needed. Staff is very pleasant, professional and empathetic to those of us with older model vehicle problems. They listened to my issue, found the problem, and provided me an accurate estimate of what I needed repaired before beginning work and confirmed with me if ok to begin. I appreciate the transparency. It makes me feel confident with no guessing on what my costs will be. Definitely a returning customer. Great service!

Engine Problems
I had multiple indicators lights on in my vehicle. I took my truck to Desmond and he was immediately able to diagnose the problem. I was originally quoted a price for repairs but it wound up being less.
