Hi, you brought your vehicle in because of a heating/coolant issue, which required us to perform a diagnosis. Unfortunately, we can’t rely solely on another shop’s diagnosis, as we need to conduct our own to confirm the problem. Our professional technicians looked over your vehicle to diagnose the issue. They found that the completely wrong parts were installed on your vehilce, as our advisors tried to explain to you. This should not result in a negative experinece especially when we were patient, calm and we thoroughly explained the issues with your vehilce. A quote was provided to you, but the decision not to move forward was ultimately yours.

We called the customer to further explain the situation to him and unfortunately this is a customer that we cannot make happy no matter what we do. We followed our system that goes along with the manufactuers specifications. We cannot take another shop's diagnosis as we need to confirm the problem through our diagnosis procedures so that we can reproduce the problem. Customer declined to move forward.
