Wasn’t quite ready for an oil change, but we’re going on a long trip and so we have them change the oil and they checked out everything else on the car. I now feel confident about making the trip thanks to everyone at Carrs. Megan even explained a couple of Sounds. She was making the car not Megan. Thank you much.

Wonderful service!
They fixed my car quickly and significantly cheaper than the dealership! The dealership wanted $600 just to test for the leak in my exhaust, they found it and fixed it for that price! The car was done in one day and drives like a dream!

Total checkup
Time to face the music and get a clue to what all my old Jeep needed to have repaired in order to decide if I pour money into it or start looking for my next vehicle. I felt treated like I was one of their kids and they made sure that I had all of the information that I needed in order to keep me safe and spend my dollars wisely. The consensus was that it’s time to say goodbye to the Jeep. So I only spent a few bucks with them for the look-see this time, but when the time comes for any repairs or maintenance for my yet unknown new to me car, I will definitely be going back to CARSS. All these other glowing reviews did not steer me wrong in trusting these fine people!

Prompt brake light service.
I called CARSS earlier today to ask if I can get a brake light replaced. They were responsive to allow me to come in after my doctor appointment. I am very pleased about the prompt solution. A brake light that is out can be a safety issue, so I am pleased that it was taken care of today

Exceptional Customer Service and Repair
I have been taking my vehicles to CARSS for years and won't even consider any other car repair facility and I live 600 miles away!
I trust CARSS so much I shipped my truck to CARSS for some major work that needed to be done. I flew up to Chicago to pick up my repaired truck and the total cost was thousands of dollars less than the dealership wanted to charge me in my home state.
And, the dealership had misdiagnosed the issue.
CARSS is the best there is evidenced by their superior diagnoses, repair, pricing and customer service.

Dead Battery.
Would highly recommend them. They were friendly, courteous and efficient. Called to see when it would be ready and then they called me later to update. Were very honest. Thought I needed a battery but it just needed charging. And informed me I need to drive it more to keep it charged.
