Carter Subaru Ballard is our favorite
My wife and I have purchased three Outbacks from Carter. The past two from Carter Subaru in Ballard. Lynette Rice was our sales associate on both cars. Her knowledge of the product and accessories was very helpful. She provided the correct amount of guidance to help us make decisions with regard to tech options. Thank goodness she insisted that we get the Adaptive Cruise option. I use it all the time, especially on long trips.
In addition, Carter’s service department is number one. Easy in, easy out. We love Tammy.
We’ve loved our Outbacks!

Typical mansplaining con artists
There were so many layers of problems that I had with buying a car here. They kept steering me away from the car I wanted toward more expensive ones. I asked them to only run my credit ONCE because I didn't want a bunch of hits on my credit report, and they ran it FIVE times. The finance agreement wasn't what we had agreed to. And oh so much more.
