Tom said very happy with the results. It took them a while to get the parts but it was a problem with the supplier. His father has used them for 25 years so they came highly recommended.
Jim said he has been going there for a long time and he likes them. They are honest, don't gouge him, do the service he asks, let him know if they see anything else and he appreciates that.
Good customer service. Gives options for repairs and services.

Hello Dave,
I want to start by saying thank you again and as always for always taking such great car of the BMW! Today, Justin finally had a free day to take a look at it and replace the 02 sensors which came back as needed replaced when the codes were ran. (I have not driven it since the day we brought it home.) Upon locating the wires for the sensors and tracing them back, it was found that when the Val e cover gasket was replaced, somehow the wires for 02 sensor were ran through the bolt pattern and through the seal of the valve cover gasket. As a result the wires were melted and completely disengaged where the cover was pressed on them, we had to rewire and recover the wires. The 02 sensors where not bad, the wires were just cut as a result of being ran through the seal. I hope this makes sense. Justin took picture throughout the process. On the drive home oil was leaking out of the valve cover and down all the wires, making it look like there was another oil leak. He was able to reattach all wires and put the valve cover back. The car was still running rough and not idling correctly. He was able to disconnect the mass air flow sensor and this resolved the issue- we have ordered a new sensor. He then looked at the tail lights/ headlights and we replaced the fuse and the headlights and tail lights are working correctly. Exciting!! We completely realize the valve cover gasket issue was unintentional, however, he spent 5 hours today diagnosing the issue then fixing the melted wiring. I've always trusted you all as you know and not implying any intentional negligence. Is there anything you can do to make this right? I feel some resimbursement is deserved. In the least the labor for the gasket replacement. I can send any pictures or you can speak with Justin. I'm sure you can understand our frustrations. Maybe someone new was working in my car? Again, I realize miss takes happen but we spent our entire day off fixing what we thought was taken care of. Please let me know your thoughts. Thank you so much!! :)
Case's does a great job of getting our cars in within a day of me calling and I've never had an issue with any service. I've sent several friend to their business.
