Horrible experience in Xmas Eve
Today is Xmas eve. I booked a medical clearance a month ago. They booked knowing it was a medical clearance. I was 10 mins early. They said they called. My phone totally works. I showed her my phone calls. Also messages that were left.
The unprofessional woman at the desk has no customer service. And can not imagine why I would be upset.
Do not book with Grace Masaba. She is not a Dr who cares.. she can not even wait 10 mins.
Look at the office reviews on Yelp. One of the worst. And I wanted to give them the doubt. As an employee they should really be proud of where they work.
Every single thing that happen was a bunch of people.
No wonder my primary Dr is so busy. She had no competition here.
My Dr does like me. I know she will squeeze me in. I just hate doing that to people.
But good Karma in this office.

NEVER IN MY LIFE
I've never been treated so bad in my life, they are all unprofessional in there. Made me wait more than an hour over my appointment and every time when I approach the front desk to ask about how long is it going to be they give the bad look and answer me rudely.
I will never go back there in my life, we are all human beings and we all need to be treat as human and with respect.

HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!!
Lazy, incompetent staff (both office and docs) drag their feet on everything, lie constantly, and clearly don’t give a shit about their patients. No one in the office speaks clear English and I could not understand anyone. Reception staff are unprofessional and rude!

negligence
had a podiatry visit. To make a long story short, only b/c i know a lttle about medicine and have a few people to run things by. If i had not received a letter from the radiologist about my diagnosis, i could have lost my toe. I ended up in the hospital for 8 days on IV antibiotics and am now doing my own IV treatments at home for 6 weeks. She never got back to me with the results of my MRI. The results were of the most acute infection that any doctor would have seen as a red flag. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. If you value your health. The front desk wrote me a referral for 2 tests that had nothing to do with my foot. this should have been my first red flag. I never write reviews about anything but i feel this is very important. You need to be an advocate for your own health.

Poor Customer Service
I had a 12/8/22 Aat 4:15pm on 11th Ave location. I arrived and waited for 30 minutes, after not receiving an update on a delay I asked reception about how much longer. I was told that they needed to speak to the dentist. I waited 5 more minutes to find out the dentist would need another 15 minutes.
1 hour delays do not just occur, they occur throughout the day. A phone call notifying me that the doctor is running late would have been better appreciated.
Especially because I saw the front staff berate a seperate medical patient for being "too late" to his appointment while I was waiting.
I asked for a new appointment and they could not accommodate me until January 2023.
This place is terrible!! Poor front staff. Poor customer service. I can tell they are short staffed on dental hygienists.

LEFT WITHOUT MY PRESCRIPTION AFTER THREE WEEKS OF CALLS
If you value your health, you will NOT become a client of Century Medical Livingston. I have never been more serious. Under NO circumstances should you become a patient of this practice.
I became a patient to Dr. Joanne Paoletti barely a month ago when I started seeking treatment for ADHD. We had a nice consultation and she started me on Strattera, upping my dosage after another two weeks when I saw her earlier this month.
Apparently Joanne, a Psychiatric professional, doesn’t have the authority to increase dosages? Yeah, I’m confused too. I was due to go on a trip abroad and came to the pharmacy to see if I could get my refill prepared ahead of time. To my surprise, they told me they CANNOT release my medication until the doctor gets a dosage change approved through insurance.
Sounds simple? I called Century Medical and they refused to communicate this information with the Doctor without me scheduling an appointment and paying a $25 copay. I need to do that to share a sentence of information telling the Doctor to do something she should already know to do?
I make a comeuppance about it and I’m told I’ll get a callback. Nobody calls back. I called daily the week preceding my trip, and every other day while I was *on* my trip and navigating the time differences. All the while, being told various lies. The doctor can’t contact insurance to approve a changed dosage, why? Her assistant doesn’t know why, she just can’t. I told this to my pharmacy, and we were both scratching our heads wondering WTF? Then they said my pharmacy needs to call the Medical Center in order for them to call insurance to approve a dosage change, why? According to the assistant, there is no ‘why,’ just that they “have to” despite the pharmacy making it extraordinarily clear that they have no authority or bearing on the situation.
I don’t know how far Century Medical’s scamming operations go, but it’s certainly a coordinated effort. Apparently the assistant needs to connect me with his supervisor; supervisors that have allegedly been out of office and unavailable by phone for the past two weeks. Last week, there was a day I had to call 3 times in a row & the receptionist began lying to me and saying Joanne’s assistant wasn’t reachable despite speaking to them 10 minutes previously. Today, the story changed to Century Medical now claiming its the pharmacy’s responsibility to speak with CM’s provider. I ask to speak to the likely nonexistent provider, and… surprise! They’re out of office but would surely call me back. Something they don’t have a good track record of doing.
It has been approaching three weeks and they have not provided me with any resolution or support. Century Medical on Livingston is intentionally leaving me without access to my medication and actively refusing to correct their error. The only reason they would be bold enough to claim that a licensed psychiatrist is INCAPABLE of changing dosages on medications after they already took my money is that something shady must be tied to the Doctor’s license or the medical practice entirely.
I am fortunate that I’m not going feral, afflicted with side effects from the sudden disruption to my dosage cycle. My only option is to pay hundreds out of pocket for my medication and that is simply more than I can afford to pay at this time. A major F*** You to Century Medical Livingston and everyone involved in this nightmare. I will never seek treatment from Dr. Paoletti or any doctor associated with this medical practice. I will never refer their services to anyone unless it’s someone to whom I wish suffering upon. I am going to reiterate that if you value your health and your time, you will NOT SEEK SERVICES FROM CENTURY MEDICAL LIVINGSTON UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. THEY WILL MESS WITH YOUR PRESCRIPTION OR WORSE AND LEAVE YOU OUT OF LUCK.

Worse off for having come here
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I’m worse off for having gone to Century Medical and Dental. Lazy, incompetent staff (both office and docs) drag their feet on everything, lie constantly, and clearly don’t give a shit about their patients. Just spent over a month waiting for them to follow through on a crown (that should have taken two weeks to arrive) while staff routinely told me it would arrive soon, finally found out that they’ve decided they no longer take my insurance and never actually ordered the crown at all and just didn’t have the heart to tell me. Staffer who did finally tell me then suggested a speak to an office manager that doesn’t exist.
On the doctor side, they dropped the ball on every authorization, and frequently just made up some excuse before telling me to “call the other office” who would usually give me a different explanation as these people aren’t smart enough (or just don’t care enough) to even get their lies straight.
In general, they also suck at scheduling and routinely cancelled appointments day of, sometimes after I had already arrived.
I sincerely regret coming here. Zero stars.

Never going there again
Went in for a root canal ended up loosing my tooth.The dentist open my tooth and mid way in the process decided that she can't do it . stuff my mouth with some gum like substance and walk out leaving her tech to explain to me what happen. I was in so much pain after she destroyed my enamel I had to do and extraction on the tooth that was relatively strong at another dentist .Im finding another dentist and because of that bad experience I'm also changing my physician from there as well I want nothing to do with that place .Im almost sure if they were serving another community they would think twice before treating people like that .

Never going there again!
I took my 90 year old father to the office, he was having leg pains. They left him sitting on a table for 90 minutes!!!! He was cold and uncomfortable. Apparently, the doctor was "on the phone". When he finally was seen, the doctor said he needed to see a different doctor in that office, and we should make an appointment for that. No service, no satisfaction, just a co-payment and aggravation. If that isn't bad enough, no one in the office speaks clear English and I could not understand anyone. The staff person was on her own cellphone while she took his vitals, arguing with her own doctor about not having to pay her own co-pay because she works in a doctors office. So insulting, so rude, horrible experience. NEVER AGAIN.

My experience here is always wonderful. The staff makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Alla was such a great help when it came to billing. The paperwork was done fast and easily. Great customer service!

Horrible! Do not waste your time
Reception staff are unprofessional and rude! They do not verify insurances. I spent 1 hour to get there just to be told that they didn't verify my insurance. I went to many doctors before everyone was able to verify my insurance but they are not. No apology, no sorry. It appeared to me they interested only in money.
