Worst place still waiting in my tags still using temporary it apparently is registered because I received a toll ticket when my son used the car all I need are my plates no answers threw phone or emails I'd if they are even open probably are changed the name we dealt with mike and Vic apparently the owner nobody has gotten back I missed my siblings funeral because I have expired tags
Do not deal with them at all there is so much more that happen just bottom line horrible

These guys were great and easy to work with
They were very helpful with going through the paper work… they also made sure my vehicle fit not just me and my family but our budget also. Thank you guys for my car!

Had a great experience!
Very good costumer service and nice people! It was a fast and easy process to go through. I perhaps did have a small problem with my car a few days after buying it, but they fixed the problem at no cost, and that was also very quick!!! Special thanks to Jared and big mike helping me and my father find me my first car i purchased!!

purchased my first car at 18!!
Thank you so much Jared for your assistance in helping me and my father find a new car for me. I work full time and go to school so when i totaled my car i was so stressed and overwhelmed but thanks to jared he helped us find a new 2013 chevy sonic that runs great i love it, in no time, when you need something nice affordable and you need it quickly there the place

Dishonest
From the beginning these guys don’t return phone calls, no answer from the owners. Tacked on $3000 after I signed to make payments then sold my account to a bank. These guys kept my extra key fob for my truck until paid off and now they don’t have it and refuse to pay for another one, they are over $100 bucks and then pass the buck saying they never had it. A bunch of fast talkers, only cares about money. It good that I had a decent mechanic because a bunch of things started going wrong after I bought it.

i had a 04 dodge ram 1500 nice truck just wanted to get something different so i traded in the truck for the car i wanted. covid 19 hit i was late on payment they called said i had to pay the 250$ or they were gonna have to repo the car so i drove there to make the payment i dropped it in there drop box thing at the front door next day comes an they still repo the car even after paying tow truck driver try tellling me go back for the car ill tell them you gave the car right up witch i did actully took a loss on my truck an they got the car back.... they will find any way to get all your money an get the vehicle back

2014 honda odyssey
My worst experience ever buying a used car. I still have my temp tags on my car going on 3 months. My car has been in the shop 7 times. I bought the car knowing the sliding door cable snapped they told me parts were ordered to bring back in a week ... it took them 6 weeks to get the parts. 1st part didn't come supposedly 2nd part was bent (found out ordered from junk yard) 3rd time I was told they ordered part from honda in long branch/Eatontown and their employee lives by there and will pick it up.. wrong part but when Brian the service manager showed me the wrong part it was in an envelope from cars direct... told me the part was on back order for 2 weeks and since my car was apart already I had to wait a week with no car. I told him I will find the part, they had it at homda in Edison. I was told they would not pay honda price if I wanted it from honda they will give me junkyard price and I would pay the difference to Hondas price!!!! I ordered the part they were supposed to reimburse me and never did. Also the first week I had the car all my dash lights came on, Josh told me it was only spark plugs even though auto zone told me sensor.. I said ok.. he changed the spark plugs car was only driving on 2 cylinders... car seemed ok ... called today because it happened again and I was told i have to pay $110 diagnostic fee to have a problem diagnosed you supposedly fixed!!! I pay extra for extended warranty and $20000 for the car... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM ALL THEIR XARS HAVE PROBLEMS THEY DONT WANT TO FIX

Scam artists!
In May of 2020 I purchased and financed a 2010 GMC Terrain from Century Motor Cars. My father, who was a dedicated employee of the owner Victor Breen, was making the payment on time religiously every week. In the beginning of September Mr Breen told my Dad he was selling all of the buy here pay loans to an outside lender. When my father inquired about my loan he was told 'you and I will work it out" since my Dad had already made almost $5000 in payments the car. An incident occurred between Mr Breen and my Dad and he quit because he was tired of being bullied and spoke down too. Mind you my father worked all Summer with just 2 working days off. I tried in vain they reach a company in Texas who I thought my loan was sold to with no luck. Instead when I woke up Friday morning my car had been repossessed with out a phone or a letter telling me the loan was behind which I would gladly brought up to date had I known but the loan company kept telling me they had no information on my car. I'm a single mother of 4 children and now without a vehicle bc of the selfish acts of 1 person. Disgusting!

Buyer beware!!!
My experience started out Ok, went to the lot, picked out a truck and thought the payments were fair. Had to bring the truck back several times for issues, the biggest being the rear tires were in horrible shape, the owner himself told me that the tires were my issue, I then told him he sold me an unsafe vehicle and explained I would have to leave him a bad review. He then changed out the rear tires in exchange for a good review. In April 2021 I paid off my truck, so now after about 100 phone calls to John, and Vinny and 7 months later still no title for my vehicle. The local news and my attorney have been contacted. You have been warned!!! Century motors in West creek NJ total rip off scam artists!!

Time for Legal action
Sum it up with one word, unbelievable!!!
Had issues with this truck starting day 1, Low oil light is on, “oh, it’s a sensor “ take it in that and they advise me that my A/C compressor is no good.
(Now I know why they pushed to buy the warranty package)
So went through that insurance which I was responsible for a $100.00 deductible, go and pick up my truck, low oil light is still on.
I call and the mechanic say’s , oh I’m sorry, I forgot about the sensor . But when I had an appointment, they told me that my oil pan is leaking oil and my rear differential is also leaking. Get told, we need to open another claim, we will get back to you, as far as the leak goes, continue adding oil, this was 2 weeks ago
In the meantime, I keep calling and I get “ Sorry, the mailbox is full” I just replaced the entire front end, Over a 1,000 dollars.my oil is still leaking and as of today, 9/21/21 still no acknowledgment..
I’m far from done. Now I know why you guys were so adamant about giving you a positive review before I even left the office.

Terrible place that will screw you over for everything
Bought a car last year. Charger port never worked and I was told it was due to a cheap charger. Later the Eps light came on, when I took it there I was told the supercharger was failing, they would order the part and call me. 3 months go by and they dont answer the phone. Drove there and someone looked at it and said it was a sensor. Recently the hood release cable snapped and I discovered an oil leak. They said the warranty doesn't cover these things and would charge me 500+ to fix issues that came up way before the warranty ended. Do not shop here they wi overcharge for anything, ignore your phone calls and tell you tough shit when your vehicle has issues.

Absolute worst place ever.
I bought a car here in November. As a single mother of twins I was on a tight budget. I purchased a 2008 Ford Focus from Charlie the salesman. After about a month I texted him and told him that I was still hearing the same noise that I heard the day I test drove it. He told me again that it was just from sitting there a long time. When I went for an oil change a couple months later I was told by the mechanic that he wouldn't feel comfortable doing an oil change because my car was completely rotten underneath and needed a bushing that was completely missing and also the tire knuckle. I also got a second opinion and they said the same thing that I should return the car and demand a new car because this one was sold to me and it is unsafe which is illegal. I went up there and I was basically told it's not their problem. Absolute worst place ever I plan on Advertising everywhere how terrible they are. Please do the same

HORRIBLE BUSINESS
Got a car prior to covid 05 jeep Liberty.127k. THEY WANTED 9500.00 LMFAOOO $70 A WEEK COVID HIT I LOST WORK FOR A WEEK THEY TOWED MY CAR AWAY AND SAID I OWE $5000 STILL.THIS PLACE IS A DISASTER WAITING TO HAPPEN DONT BUY FROM HERE GO ANYWHERE ELAE THEY WILL SEE YOU COMING AND PLAY YOU LIKE AN INSTRUMENT im sure they are gonna deny this like they do everything (liars&theifs)
