Incompetent and wasting your time
Brought my truck here cause a friend recommended this place I needed to fix several stuff and they told me it was going to take a few days, after leaving the truck for three days not being able to work I get a message saying sorry we couldn’t get anything done, you can get the truck anytime and they wanted me to pay 370 for oil change and normal service. Not a serious place.

5 star in every way
I had the worst experience in my life at another repair shop in San Marcos. Paid them a large amount of money for nothing.
I finally had my truck towed to Powerstroke Specialties in Escondido overall customer service, quality of service and work excellent

Josh and his team has worked on my "pride and joy" on several occasions. Each time the work completed was satisfactory and timely. Mind you I don't let just anyone work on my ride. Josh was recommended to me by my engine builder and long time mechanic who has since retired.

New Turbo and corrected Frontend
My truck hasn't run and handled this good in the time I've owned her, and I thought she was great! Honestly, my 2000 F350, Super Duty, XLT Crew Cab has 319,480+ miles. She was powerful but started puffing out a little white smoke. Took her in for a checkup, they made a few recommendations, and after they fixed a few things? Runs and handles better than ever!

I am NOT a paid ego booster, just glad I found a local shop with great service, follow-up, and fair prices!

The atmosphere and great service makes them great.
I took my truck in for glow plug replacement and couldn’t be more happy with the service and price. The treatment you get from this shop is above and beyond and they make you feel like family. I personally go out of my way and drive a hour just to have Josh and his crew work on my truck. I highly recommend to anyone reading this to take you vehicle to this shop
