Stand behind their work and very honest
They are very honest and trustworthy. There was an issue with some work that they performed. They admitted mistake and quickly resolved problem. They stand behind work that they perform.

I called at the last minute for an oil change and was told you would fit me in. Well, when I got there I only had to wait 10 minutes before my car was serviced. I was in and out very quickly.
