I have an old 2009 car. Roberto and his crew have done 3 seperate distinct repairs ( 1 tire, 1 gasket, 1power steering) all reliable, timely and fair and upfront costs. No surprises like other mecanics who quote one thing then charge you more after. I highly recommend

Dishonest incompetent unprofessional
ALERT! Stay away from this place. I used to go to this place when a good mechanic Roberto was there. My horrible experience was with the manager call himself kevin.not his real name I bought 4 good year tires cost about $574 . Turned out 4 are defect. So I went back to the shop so called Kevin looked at em acknowledge the defect but he said ineed to buy new ones pay for em and he would sent the defect to good year and if they refund the money he would replace em cause he got no money. So I contacted good year told em my situation and they said the shop where I got my tires responsible. So I went back to so called Kevin and told em what good year said he responded by saying he got no money to pay for it. So ifiled alaw suits. Stay away. Dishonest.

Dishonest and incompetent
I went to this shop to replace my tires. And bought 4 new tires. Good year brand. Paid$579 cash. Well the 4 tires that igot turned out to be defects. I went back to the shop spoke to the manager call himself kevin, and showed him the defects tires he said i have to buy new ones pay again even though i got warranty. He said he got no money to replace. Well make long story short this shop and kevin the manager is dishonest and unprofessional. I'm filing a law suits against this shop and so called kevin. I don't recommends this shop stay away. And any good review below is when roberto amechanic was
Working there but he quit.

Poor service
Rolando the service advisor here earned my trust but now they said he moved. I had my front rotor disc set changed as per his reco at price of $340 inclusive of tax including change oil, not bad at all. After a month or 2 I came back to have rear rotor disc changed and the Mexican service crew gave me a price of $340 and I said that’s to high. Last time I had same quote but that’s including change oil. Anyway we settled at $280. I now have doubts here. Then not even 2 weeks today I came back because of noise at rear wheels then while they were working I came out to check them. Then I found out my new brake pads were cracked. How that happens when everything is new. Anyway the fixes the noise but I still have to see.. But I would never comeback here. Rolando was a trustworthy guy who speaks good English and the rest speaks limited English. In business, trust is vital. Never this shop again

Rotor disc and brake pads
Ived been coming here for my car service for 3x. I had my rear rotor disc set which includes brakes pads. After a week I heard a noise and went back for back job. while they were working on my car I saw my brake pads where already cracked. OMG not even 2 weeks past. Price not cheap though. Definitely won’t cone back here. Better go to auto dealer shop.
Spoke with Evelyn's daughter. She said they did everything right, and did not overcharge. They were fast, and did not take advantage of her because she is a woman.
