Beyond the call of duty service
Professional, friendly and helpful. Our AC was emitting hot air only, because of an issue with the blend door actuator. While we waited for approval from our warranty company; Tommy manuelly set the AC to emit cool air, as a temporary fix. Very much appreciated in our very warm and muggy weather.
He even offered to take us back home while performing the diagnostic, and pick us up afterwards.
I have to admire his patience, because it took a lot of time to get the accurate diagnostic results.
We were originally scheduled to go to the Chevy dealership. Glad I didn't; I don't think I would have received the same attention and service.
