Hyundai has a serious oil consumption. I have an 2015 sonata with 117000 plus miles and my car is consuming oil at a rate of quart of oil every 1200 to 1500 miles . That’s not normal at all . Needs to be addressed or Hyundai is fixing to lose a lot of customers

Leaves a lot to be desired
The check engine light recently came on in our 2020 Sonata. We called, made an appointment, and had to drop the car after hours because they do not have a loaner vehicle. They did not call when the service was complete, so I called to ask about the status of the car and they said the light wasn't on when they started it. We went to pick it up and the lady at the desk told me that the light wasn't on after they performed a computer update. All they did was reset the computer. The light reappeared the next day. We dropped the car off a second time. Still no call with an update. I called asking about the car and was informed they had to order a part and it would take a few days. This was Friday 1 Oct. I called on Tuesday 12 Oct asking about the part. I could hear the people in the background asking numerous questions and looking for the part. She came back on the phone and asked if it was sensor. They proceeded to tell me it only had my last name on it and no number to call. I feel this is poor management. Who orders parts and doesn't mark who the part is for? Then I tried to schedule the appointment to have the part replaced and couldn't get an appointment for another week. So long story short, I will be without a car or a loaner for three full days for a part that I'm sure takes less than 30 minutes to change. The Columbus Hyundai Service department leaves a lot to be desired.
