No more buying from Curry
Sales team led by Blake was first rate, responsive and accommodating. A positive experience! However, things changed when I met with the man in Finance. Despite having an excellent credit rating I found out, only by asking, that I was paying almost 3 times the advertised finance rate. I was ;told that I could not get the advertised finance rate and the discounted price I negotiated with the sales team. This is the second time I had this experience at Curry. So be careful. At closing, they just tell you the monthly payment not the finance rate. Always ask for the rate before you sign the papers. I was upset and almost walked out of the dealership but out of respect for the hard work the sales team put into this deal, I proceeded. We need laws governing sales that require transparency and disclosure up front OF ALL ASPECTS related to the agreed final price and payment. Buying a car should not be a mystery. Dealers should be legally accountable for the veracity of all info they use and share with a prospective customer to win the sale. I am finished with Curry!

Great Dealership and Cars
I just leased my 6th Hyundai with Curry and they continue to be a great dealership to work with. They are very accommodating, caring, responsive and respectful. They make the sales and delivery process easy. They will negotiate to a good deal with you. The Hyundai cars and SUVs are great vehicles. They are made well and have great warranties in case there is a problem.
My salesman Rufino and the manager Lee were great to work with again.

Well it is a mixed bag. The sales person and the manager have been polite, patient, and generally responsive. However the leasing experience involved signing about 20 different pieces of paper. It was totally overwhelming. I like my Tucson phev very much however it is a a very complex car. There is a wide array of very helpful buttons and displays, but I had to use trial and error to figure things out. The salesman did show me but possibly too quickly. I would have appreciated a detailed explanation of how the computer directs the process of combining or selecticing electric and fuel energy sources. Perhaps after leasing the car, there might be post lease/buy session a few days latter. I have experienced many frustrations especially with charging away from home. I was unprepared for the complexity of the cables. I still don't know if a cable for a 220 volt outlet is available for my car. If it is, then I would purchase it for a quicker charge away from home and perhaps be able to use an EVGO charging station. I found ChargePoint annoying as one must first have an account before the charging station can be used. That is not Hyundai's fault but I would have appreciated some guidance from the dealer. So getting a new car was an emotional experience for me as I usually keep a car for at least ten years. and I (being 92) could have used more hand holding. Still I would recommend Curry Hyundai as a dealer.
