Convenient and Friendly
I went in for an oil change (and have gone in for a state inspection previously). Everyone I had interacted with was so friendly and helpful. They were honest and respectful regarding my car’s maintenance and I will definitely be back.

Additional comments: Love the reminder texts! And love that it’s next to a Mexican restaurant so I was able to grab lunch while I waited.

I'm a customer service junkie. So I appreciate Brittney's friendliness, demeanor and attentiveness. All repairs and options were explained in a clear manner. They understood my need for urgent repairs and I suspect someone will end up going the extra mile in order to make my repairs happen. From Brittney and another mechanic, I felt there was a genuine willingness to help me get to where I need to go safely. I'm very pleased and thankful for my first interaction with Curtis Hi-Tech.

Oil change
Curtis Auto Tech did a great job fixing my car up in January so when my oil was due for a change I didn’t hesitate heading to them for service. They detected a few other things they saw to keep an eye on esp tire change which I was grateful for. Will be heading back to them in near future to get those resolved. Great service.
