Have used D&R in the past and will continue to use them. Highly recommend D&R ,very professional and their service is excellent.
I highly recommend D&R for any repair you may need on your vehicle. Everyone is nice and the service is excellent. They take time to let you know what is going to be done so there are no surprises when you get the bill. Have used D&R in the past and will continue to do so.

My truck blew out the high pressure line for the power steering and brakes just as we arrived in Sevierville for a three day high school robotics tournament. The hotel recommended D & R and I am so grateful. D & R hooked me up with Bradley’s Wrecker and then had me into and out of their shop the same day. The truck is working great and D & R did it for what I would have expected from my mechanic back home in Alabama. In a tourist area like this I thought they might charge more because it’s not like they would ever get return business but they charged a very fair price. Great work, incredible turnaround, very pleasant personalities … It was a bad situation turned into an enjoyable experience. If you ever need auto work done on this area, this is the only place you need to look.

Great place
This is the only place I take my vehicles to. They do great work in a reasonable amount of time. They really know their stuff more times than not I can call let them know what is happening and they can't tell me what's wrong (in their opinion) right on the phone. Would recommend and do recommend to anyone that has car issues.
