brought it for one problem, left with another
Dropped my truck off to be have oxygen sensor to be replaced, they told me it was fixed on Thursday afternoon. I pick up Friday only to find check engine light still on. I had to go back on Monday and it took them 5 hours for them to tell me the fuel pump module is working but needs to be replaced. Would've been nice for that to be completed while they had it for 3 days, instead of wasting another day for me. I don’t mind paying for good work but the work here was incomplete. Brought it in with one problem and left with another, thats not satisfactory with the diagnostic fee they charge. Nice people, just wish they fixed my truck like brought it in for and not waste my time.

Great work and great people
I have brought my 2013 Jeep to these folks for a few years now. I've never been disappointed. They're friendly, they are professional, and they do great work. I've had some major front end wheel work done, to just a simple tire pressure sensor replacement. They are always on it! Check them out you won't be disappointed.

I've been going to D & R for many years now. I've had 3 cars in that amount of time. Debbie, Alli, and Doug are very professional and kind. I can always count on them to tell me what work is necessary; they go above and beyond to make sure I understand exactly what is going on with my vehicle.

Eric said he took his vehicle to the manufacturer and they told him the air conditioner motor needed to be replaced, and wanted to charge him $1500. When he took it here, they told him it was only a loose connection. They zip-tied it to secure it and it cost him zero dollars. They're honest, persistent. They go the extra mile and they don't overcharge the customer. They're a very professional staff and he wanted to thank them very much.

Unreal customer service in a good way
Never would I expect from a shop the level of customer satisfaction I received from D&R. I am a gearhead and have friends in IL and the Midwest that own shops. I took my civic Type R to get the aftermarket downpipe installed and so far at least, I am very pleased with the results after reflashing the ECU with the correct basemap. A stud snapped which is somewhat expected, car is nearly 6 years old which is why I let highly trained and experienced technicians do this part, I’ve never let anyone else touch my Type R, did all my mods myself including regular maintenance, and they took care of my car as I would have myself. This will be my forever shop until they prove me otherwise. Such a great experience and they are nice people and from what I can gather, again, I know cars and know how to diagnose issues, they are honest. These days it is hard to find a good and honest mechanic and even though it was expensive, my Type R was too and I’d rather put it on a lift with someone who knows exactly what they are doing than some pothead kid at valvoline who forgets to torque your oil pan bolt or forgets a new crush washer on it. Could not be happier with the service I received from D&R.
