Excellent work on my electrical problem
Kelly, Penny and D and W team, thank you so much for fixing my Cadillac electrical problems. I had electrical problems for years and after my headlights went out you fixed it all to my full satisfaction. Your good work on my car, sentimental value to me, is very much appreciated.
Kelly And team, thank you for the oil change yesterday, and for your service on each of our vehicles over the years. We started taking our cars to you back when our son, who is now hitting his mid-twenties, was in preschool over at Manchester Christian Academy. We are thankful to have you as part of our community here in Port Orchard. Thankful for your honest and high quality work. Thankful for each of your staff and your collective focus on being there to help keep the rest of us rolling along the streets and highways of Kitsap and beyond.
Although they could not find the problem, I believe they were honest and tried their best. Even went further at no cost to me to find the issue. I've been a friend of D&W for over 25 years. I strongly recommend taking your vehicle there for any type of repairs. They are honest and that's what really counts!
Dennis said the business has been fair with him. He said they try to save him money when they can, fix it the right way. Dennis said if they can't repair a part, then they replace it, and he appreciates that because he doesn't want to be out and break down anywhere.

Friendly and helpful service, quality work.
So far I have used D&W for a minor repair and also for oil changes and servicing of both our vehicles. They were courteous and helpful in getting me scheduled for exactly what I needed. When one of the parts I supplied turned out to be wrong, they quickly and affordably obtained the correct part. All work done was high quality and prices were quite reasonable. The owners are very personable and provide a shuttle service for those who need to leave their vehicles for service and return later to pick them up. We will definitely be making D&W our regular shop.
