It's nice to deal with a shop with integrity.
I had an oil pressure warning light come on. Some mechanics would have wanted to replace the engine. It turns out it was only the oil pressure sensor. Thank you for your honesty and integrity! This is best shop around!

Quick Recovery
We brought our car in with a dead battery that AAA said would need to be replaced. Thanks to David, he saved our 2 year old battery and woke us up to drive the car more often. Batteries like to work and we need to feed it with some trips. Thank you David and Stephanie!

We have used David's for several years on three cars. We have always been pleased with his service and wish he could continue to service our old car, but we are very happy to bring our new car to him instead of going to the he dealership!!

Car check up
Absolutely amazing experience with this company. Stephani, at the front desk, was such an outstanding assistant in answering all my questions. The mechanic did give me several recommendations on work for my car and there was a quote ready for me when I picked it up. The whole team seems to have a great flow . I will be returning when ever I need any more work done.

Excellent communication and straightforward assessment of vehicle.
The front office and technicians communication addressing vehicle issues (good news or bad news) is appreciated. The cost estimates are very close to actual cost. I think of Dave's as similar to a good construction project manager. That is, they tend to overestimate cost and time but deliver under costs and complete earlier than anticipated. When there are exceptions it is usually do to unanticipated part fatigue/failures/accessibility when working on initial issue. The most important takeaway in dealing Daves (as a continuous repeat customer) is that they want to make your vehicle safe when you leave their shop. But they leave it up to customer to decide how to proceed.
