Car leaking fluid and overheating
I noticed my car was leaking fluid and was recommended Dean’s to get it checked out by my coworker. My coworker called to see if it was possible for Dean’s to check it out. Tyler said they could check it out the same day and give a diagnostic report. My car was dropped off around 11am and only a few hours later Tyler called to let me know the water pump and serpentine belt needed to be replaced. He said they would be able to have it done by noon the next day, told me the price and also said he would make sure to give me a 10% first responder discount after noticing my badge when I dropped my car off. Tyler called the next day before noon (as promised) and said it was ready. Dean’s was friendly, fast, reasonably priced and were kind to offer a first responder discount. I will likely use them for repairs in the future as needed and would recommend them to others.

Great group of guys!
Such a great group of guys! Can’t say enough about my experience at Deans, Tyler was such a pleasure to work with and went out of his way to help take care of me! Plus they have the cutest little shop dog!! Will definitely be my go to shop from now on!!!

Lexus engine issues
I had major sensors replaced for my lexus rx 350. They jot the job done in a timely manner. Car runs great! The total price was very reasonable for everything I had done. Deans is my go to place from now on.

Honest!
I went in for a suggest tire alignment from another business that was going to overcharge me. These guys were honest and told me that I didn’t need an alignment but only a tire rotation. They could’ve easily been dishonest and charged me but they didn’t. They weave definitely earned future business from me!
