I had my finacee's 1977 Trans Am in for service because it was overheating. Frank explained what needed to be done and a time frame. Charles, the service writer, let me know what I was going to have to pay and gave me the option of financing, They were very professional and I never felt rushed or pressured,

Typical bait and switch, very dishonest
After initial work for $600 had to go back for same issue, and this time it's going to be closer to $1,700 and then they said I need new rear brakes which were fine. Another $500+. Never, ever again. Walk, no run away, their liars, and thieves.
