Knowledgeable, courteous and professional
Took my 2022 Escape in for an alignment. They have the equipment to align cars with the "lane keep assist" option, most places don't have that equipment. Excellent work, nice people, especially the owner. Highly recommend.

Still waiting for customer service
We went in for a belt squeal months ago. We were charged hundreds of dollars for repairs. We left with a belt squeal-because they didn’t replace the belt. Completely ripped off. Someone reached out on my review and told me to contact them to resolve this. I did so immediately. I ended up speaking to someone who took my information and said I would receive a call back. It’s been about 9 months and I’m still waiting. Date below approximate.

Timely professional service
Only had a nail in a tire that needed repair which was taken care of quickly and professionally. I did however observe another serviceman explaining a repair estimate to the lady sitting next to me and he was very good about covering her options and recommendations for repairs.

I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car!!
My family and I have been taking our cars here for years. The customer service is impeccable! Joe, Pat and the rest of the team are always friendly but most importantly honest and never pushy to get something done to your car that is not needed. If you need a great mechanic, go no further than DeLorenzo Tire & Auto.

Excellent Service
I was extremally happy with DeLorenzo. I bought three fairly expensive Michelin tires for my Mercedies. but on the way home from getting them put on my car one picked up a large screw and started going flat. DeLorenzo was very responsive, got a new tire under my warranty, and replaced the "brand new but unusable" tire quickly and without a charge.

I usually have a good word to say but this time I was not happy. I went to pick up my truck and entered the premises. The person working the counter was talking to another man about knee surgery. I sat in a chair nearby and waited. After their conversation, the guy walked away and a customer came through the door and the counter person totally ignored me and asked the new customer, "can I help you?" Well I went off...I said "am I invisible here?" He said he didn't see me there or thought I was being helped ...how could I have been helped, no one else was there!!! Customer service there needs to be addressed. He later apologized but I did not like how I waited and was unseen...come on now.
