Car leasing….long distance!
My daughter recently relocated from Buffalo, NY to Hillsboro for her career. It was necessary to arrange for a car lease that would provide her with a vehicle when she arrived in town. Seth Peterson went above and beyond all expectations to help us with our choices, lease details, insurance and financial details. He even offered to pick her up from the airport! The car was cleaned and gassed up and waiting for her when she arrived. My daughter and I are extremely grateful to Seth and CJ Maglangbayan, the finance manager, for their professionalism, courtesy and assistance. I highly recommend leasing or buying a car from this dealership.

Headlight Problem
The young man that took care of us sent us home with a loaner until they could find out what was causing headlights to flicker on and off. He kept me posted frequently on what was happening and what they did to repair the problem.

Dicks Hillsboro Hyundai has the most consistent great customer and vehicle service I have been able to find !!! I am the guy that always has to change my appointments or forgets to reschedule blah blah blah, these guys never waiver and have always dealt me straight up and made sure I was satisfied. I also never remember to write reviews!!! But it was actually important I do something to let y’all know I appreciate the patience and consistency you use with THIS customer!!! ? look forward to getting all my vehicles here and using the rockstar Service department for all of em!!! ? ? ? ?

Service Writer is trying to sell services not needed
The main issue that I brought my car in for service wasn't corrected. He said he would "talk to me about it when I got there". Turns out, the drive belts needs to be replaced ($200), but since they are in there, they might as well replace the timing belt too ($1100, not sure if it's been replaced he said).

I will not bring any vehicle back here for service.

They were expecting me and took me immediately. The service was provided in a timely manner and there were no unexpected surprises.
I used to use the service department where we purchased the car, but it was on the northeast side of Portland and not as convenient. On our last visit they keep my car overnight and my wife, who isn’t’ comfortable driving in Portland had to come and pick me up. She got lost and we decided to give you you try and we have been very satisfied with your service department.
