New Transmission
I just had a new transmission put in my 2011 Elantra. Took 2days from ordering to driving away. Very fast. Management and staff are very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I was very apprehensive,But Launi put my mind and worries at ease. Answering all my concerns .No matter what time of day, how busy they are , or whatever may be happening Launi always greets you with a smile and answers any questions. I am beyond pleased with the service. Thank you

Get ready for pressure, lies, & disappointment
Do NOT Purchase your next vehicle from Dickson City Hyundai, Save your precious time and money because otherwise you will be disappointed. I was there last week due to my lease maturing in October therefore I was looking to trade in my vehicle to purchase a new one. 1st off, I went with the intention of purchasing a used EV Tesla from another dealership and requested a print out of my buy out quote just to get the run around from the manager Billie. The sales rep Greg was professional and tried to help us out the best way he could, however his manager was the complete opposite. He was condescending, lying to us, and pressuring us to purchase another Hyundai when I clearly advised my intentions when I 1st walked in. He advised that no other dealership can purchase my Hyundai other then Hyundai or Kia (sister company) which was clearly a lie because when I called Hyundai corporate (customer service) they advise that ANY DEALERSHIP can purchase the lease. All that matters was that it was getting paid in full. I was under the impression that dealerships are there to help their customers, not just for a check or to rip people off and I learned that this is not the case when it comes to Dickson City Hyundai. I wouldn’t recommend them to any friends or family because of the horrible experience I had although I’ve been a loyal customer for the past 3 years. Please please save your time and money and if you’re looking for the upmost customer experience, I would recommend MotorWorld Hyundai. I got exactly what I what I was looking for and it fit my budget perfectly. Unlike what the manager Billie trying to “persuade” us to believe.

Hello, getting no where on the phone conversations. So this is where I am now. I bought a car back in March on the 24th, 2019 Hyundai Tucson. My brother and I left with the car, on April 11th my husband and I were at Hyundai Dickson city buying two more cars, 2023 Santa Cruz and 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe, the 2019 Tucson broken down that same day and had to be towed back to Hyundai, the service place had the car for about 2 weeks diagnosed it with a O2 sensor. May 26th the 2019 Tucson had to be towed back to Hyundai for the same problem. It is now June 21st, with no diagnosis and still down one car. We keep getting the same answers from Danny. We bought all these cars for a reason. To drive to work! I would expect this kind of treatment from a buy here pay now kind of place. But this is Hyundai a dealership. Im at the point of taking my other two cars and trading them into a ford dealership!

I was lied to and given a vehicle that wasn't working properly
I was quoted a price to replace the motor in my Elantra .The quot was for a used motor with 80k miles .Turns out motor had 124k.I did not find out until the job was done.The agreement was over the phone.They deny ever saying that.I needed the car so i took it home.I never made it home Check engine light came on and after i made a stop the car would not start.It was towed back to Hyundai.Next day they called me and said awire on the starter was broken and there was a bad sensor and it would cost me over $350 .The wire on the starter is part of the motor they just replaced and they did not tell me it was bad when i picked up the car and the wanted to charge me !!!!! Stay away from Dickson Hyundai.

Left several messages for a callback for help no response keep getting msgs re my service appointment when I spoke to the receptionist she told me my sept appt is fine at 9 thousand miles now today I was told it has to come in sooner but there are no appts available

Do not be fooled by 3 years frre maitainance and inspections
Do not buy a car from this dealership the offer you free oil changes and inspections at time of sale.when you try to schedule an appointment they are impossible to get.I have to pay out of my own pocket.Would not ever recommend Dickson City Hyundai.

$8,000 for new engine, CEL came on 3 days later, returned to dealer(1st appt was 9 days later) banged me for $104 diagnostic because they told me it was an emissions cannister, nothing re: engine??? Guess the $8K wasn't enough.

Great dealership but needs help with service
I feel like the service department has room to expand. It took scheduling a month in advance to get an oil change. The only reason I am willing to wait that long is because I’m getting the complimentary oil chances with my new Hyundai. I tried scheduling my inspection for my vehicle back on September 1st for anytime in October and there was nothing available. That was a full month in advance. When I called I got, “oh, sorry we can’t help you then.” So I had to go elsewhere. When my complimentary services are up, I won’t be continuing here just because of the difficulty with scheduling so far in advance.
