The motor in my hummer blew up in October 2021 and I didn't really want to buy a new vehicle. I just wanted my hummer fixed so I called around and got quotes and done right fleet and auto is where my sister head been working for the past year or so, so I called him and got a quote. He was about the same price as everyone else so I went with him because I thought why not my sister works there. Well, he didn't have the money to send the motor off to get rebuilt so I wrote him a check for five grand, he was supposed to have my hummer done in six weeks. He said around the shop doing it absolutely shit every time I went in there I'll call him ask him how my hummer is looking and she would just give me some personal excuse every time with my sister work in there, she was giving me the scoop on their family drama in excuses why he didn't have medication or whatever it was something. I'd ask her as he worked on my hammer anymore. She get aggravated that I keep asking her because he had another vehicle that he was supposed to replace the motor on this goes on for over a year. He never once called me himself hold on. He did call one time and he told me that oh you're home or will be done next week (This was in July of22' ) then proceeds to ask me if I'd heard from my sister because she didn't show up to work. Needless to say my hummer was not done!
In January 2023.I finally get a call from him telling me that my Hummers done. I said OK great I don't have the money right now but I'll get it to you. I'm on my way he said no I'm not giving you your hummer until you give me my money said Steve, you've had my hummer for over a year. My sister works here you can allow me to give you payments he refused not only did he refuse. The original quote was 7800 he said that he had to replace the manifold and this and that and that I owed him 3800, well I said that's bullshit and he said no you told me to fix whatever. I said go ahead and fix whatever but that doesn't mean don't call me or let me know anything but the truth is my sister told me that you guys crack the manifold while you were trying to Take the motor out so that's not on me. Honestly, I don't want to pay him a dime, considering he cost me so much money have in my vehicle for over a year.
Well, I don't have 3800 to get my vehicle back and on top of that I husband and I are going through a divorce and technically it's in his name only so I can't really call the cops or fight about it because it's not technically in my name. I mistakenly told him this well he decides that he's going to go ahead and steal it and hide it and tried telling me that my husband sign the title over to him and told him he can have it well that's not true this guy is an absolute crook granted the other vehicle that he was replacing the motor that guy didn't get his vehicle back for over a year either. I've seen him fuck around multiple people when I'm in there with my sister while she's working or her telling me about what a bad day she had because she has to lie to people for him. He screwed around my sister the three years she's worked there. He promised to raise that she never got while she's making shit money, not able to pay her bills and then loaning her money and saying he helps her out. Yeah because you're not paying her enough $12 an hour after three years, what a joke ! On top of that, she has insurance through him and he wasn't even paying it so now she's getting bills and couldn't get her medication because he is pocketing it. So apparently he left his baby mama of 30 years for a friend of theirs who has money and took off and married her so now he's coming in there with her saying things are gonna change and ultimately fired her all because she wanted her damn insurance money back. He's a worthless human being. Do not ever take your vehicle there whatever you do. And no, I still don't have my Hummer back.

PLEASE HELP
My items were stolen out of my car HERE!! THE OWNER IS TRYING TO LEAVE ME HANGING!! This is not right and RACISM!!! I even gave him money for my vehicle and he didn’t even fix it I just wanted my vehicle back to find out that my vehicle was Burglarized on his property in his possession!!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!

So sad and disappointed?
I have never been through something like this in my life I brought my car to this company trusting that they will do a good job because are they have fix my car prior but this time was the worst thing I’ve ever been through in my life I was charged $800 bucks for a problem with my car that they did not and could not fix, I was told this fee is because they TRIED to fix it !! but he still charge me the full amount it would have cost if the problem was fixed!! My car wasn’t even drivable when I picked it up me trying to be the reasonable person that I am I paid him the money and I left disappointed to go home and find out I have been robbed burglarized my car radio had been stolen out of my car my speakers and amplifier which cost me well over $1000 something dollars WAS GONE!! I immediately tracked the owner of this shop down he told me he knows what happened he left my car door unlocked the building next to theirs told me that their cars have been broken into as well he (The owner Mike) told me that he will replace my items with no problem that was three months ago I’ve been trying to track him down he has been dodging me the secretary that answers the phone every day laughs in my face and over the phone when i call.. my husband has went up there multiple times to try to reason with him he told me he was trying to get in contact with his insurance company so they could reimburse my things.. He made me run around and get model numbers and have been giving me the runaround. I still haven’t heard anything nothing has been done I feel so violated I don’t know what to do i lost my job I am even considering calling the local news this is not right I am a loyal customer to any company I deal with I would never do someone like this I’ve paid this man my hard earned money that I worked for blood sweat and tears!! If anyone knows a good lawyer please help this has turned into a personal issue for me!!( Oh I should Mention I drop my car off to him October 2021 to be fixed he didn’t turn my car over to me until over four months later.. I called multiple times trying to get my car I had the money they had excuses!!!
Looking for honest straight shooter this is your place
Had issue with A/C called around and just to get the test done it was 170.00 average from 3 mega shops. Friend said he knew a guy but it was a smaller shop. I was in a time crunch so that kinda had me worried to be honest. Called Steve and was immediately impressed with the price being half the cost.I would have Steve work or at least look at a job I’m doing moving forward because he will tell me the truth regardless of the money involved. Hard to find character like that in the auto business these days can’t put on price on that.
My car overheated on my way to Joplin late on a Friday afternoon. I called this great company and it needed a new radiator. Steve's wife went to KC KS just to pick it up while Steve kept the shop open late. They are usually closed on Saturdays but they opened early and fixed my car just so I would not be stranded in KC for the weekend. His wife found me a really nice motel and even drove me there. I recommend them highly. They are wonderful and caring people.
This was a scramble for me because my regular mechanic was on quarantine and called last minute to me I found these guy’s on the internet called and had an appointment by 1pm great people
