Your service was great and then it was not. First, a defective glass (wavy) was put in place, then I returned to have another glass installed. This took away from the experience of quality service. Then the new glass that was replaced again was absolutely beautiful and I was very pleased! However, the housing around the rear-view mirror came loose, so I am disappointed once again. I will need to return to get this fixed. Soooo, this is why I say your service is great and then it was not, because I have to take the time to come back in. These things happen, I still give you high marks. I am not the type to "thumb down" your work after all the effort you take to keep a pristine shop and great employees. Thank you!
