Happy
Just had to give appreciation where it's due. We bought a 2017 hyundai santa fe in May of last year. All during the time we drove it, it had a high oil consumption issue. Granted,it was a used vehicle and it hat 65,000 miles on it when we purchased it. We put 45,000 additional miles on it and the engine blew. We had purchased an extended warranty which covered drive train. Making the story short, we had the engine torn down and the warranty company said they would not cover the issue because we went 200 miles past scheduled oil change.we requested a tear down and it was discovered the engine had a manufacturing flaw .after a lot of wrangling talking and pleading with the warranty company, they still said no.we were informed a new engine would come in around 10,000 dollars.We requested a meeting with Brian Dorsett, the service manager,and Trevor the manager of operations for Dorsett. After 3 months of meetings and talking,we were told Dorsetts would agree to pay all but 2000 dollars of the repair,praise God and I give kudos to Brian Dorsett,Jacob the service manager and Trevor,(last name slipps my memory), they ALL went above and beyond and I recommend Dorsett to all that are looking for a vehicle new or used. Honest car dealers are few and far between. But be very careful if you ever purchase an extended warranty.in this case it wasn't worth the paper it was written on.happy to say, we're back in our car with a brand new engine

Awesome ?
. We were in the market for a used truck, ( we had it narrowed down to three) Nicole was very accommodating, in setting it up for us to test drive all three. (And very patient with us) She was phenomenal, and very knowledgeable of her position. I would highly recommend Dorsett Automotive and Nicole to any of my family, friends.and colleagues. VERY happy with our choice and the service we received from you staff.

Friendly Staff
Went in for a recall and found out I had 2 more that needed serviced. They let me know it would be around 4 hours, I was a little concerned since I had drove an hour to the dealership, but they got me out in 2! Staff was friendly and waiting area was comfortable.

The friendliest staff EVER!!
The service department at Dorsett are absolutely amazing. Trevor and Jacob are so helpful and so polite! They took care of everything that needed to be taken care of on my vehicle and worked around my schedule! Even staying later than business hours...

I purchased my 2017 Hyundai from here
I’m 21 years old and haven’t had a credit card yet. My old 2014 Chevy Cruz had broke down after two years of problems. I went to Dorsett and James took care of my car needs. He explained everything every well and I was able to get a 2017 Hyundai all on my own!
