It's disappointing to see this review, especially after we spoke in person and you acknowledged the facts of the situation. We spent hours diagnosing your vehicle's issue but only charged you for half an hour of labor as a courtesy. While we understand that you may have felt frustrated about any charge at all, the reality is that our technicians put in significant time and effort to troubleshoot your vehicle's problem, and a fair charge was applied accordingly. 

We have always valued our relationship with you as a neighbor and long-time customer, offering discounted and even complimentary services to help you out. It's unfortunate that despite agreeing with the facts during our conversation, emotions seem to have led to this review rather than an objective assessment of the service provided. We remain open to further discussion should you wish to revisit us at a future time.

We were surprised to see this review, considering this service was completed back in December 2024, and you had no complaints at the time. More importantly, we recently spoke in person about you concerns, and during that conversation, you acknowledged the facts surrounding the service we have provided for all your vehicles. 

As a long-time neighbor and customer, we have always looked out for you- offering discounts and even free services as a goodwill gesture. Regarding the coolant issue on one of your vehicles, you were made aware of it but never returned for us to properly diagnose and address it. Additionally, as we discussed, your battery on another one of your vehicles was not purchased from us but from Triple A. We could not have predicted your battery issue, and that is without mentioning the cold climate we have had recently which could cause a battery to fail. While we understand your frustration, your review appears to come from emotion rather than logic and facts. Had we been given the oppurtunity to inspect the vehicle thoroughly, we could have helped resolve the issue properly. 

It's disappointing to see this review despite our efforts to be fair, transparent, and accommodating over the years. If you would like to have a rational conversation about your concerns , we are always open to it. Like we said while our recent conversation, we hate to lose you as a customer.
