My mercedes broke down in Atlanta while attending my daughters wedding. I am from out of town and I was referred to Driven Imports by the dealership. After speaking to Kenny, I had the car towed to their location. They kept me informed through out the service. Excellent customer service.

Driven is THE BEST

I have used Driven for all of my vehicle needs from everything between oil changes and major vehicle repairs (water pump, brake, & A/C issues). I’ve used Driven for my son’s Dodge Journey, my daughter’s Hyundai Santa Fe, my wife’s Dodge Challenger, and both my BMW 740iL and F-150….and they have always produced great results.
My daughter recently had her tires replaced and the aligned. The tire shop did not align the tires correctly. She went to Driven for a 2nd opinion and then they aligned them correctly. Kenny & Perry instructed my daughter to ask for a refund from the previous shop…and she got a full refund from the previous shop.
I had a parking brake issue on the Challenger, and Kenny and Perry (and the maintenance techs) went above and beyond to make sure the issue was corrected.
They will fix your vehicle right and will go way beyond to make sure you’re satisfied!
I LOVE Driven for ALL my vehicle needs!

Regular service and fixing a problem

We have been taking our 3 cars to Driven for a few years now. They are always excellent in their customer service and the quality of their work. Our BMW X3 needed a service plus the front parking sensor has fallen into the bumper - they removed the bumper and fixed the sensor while finding and fixing some other issues they discovered.
They are always reasonable and explain the work which took place. I highly recommend them.
