Larry said they were honest and genuine, and they gave him the truth about what they could and could not do. They referred him to someone else because they didn't have the capability to do the work. They could've done it but it would've cost him twice as much as the place they recommended to him. He appreciated their integrity and honesty.

Making a change
Unfortunately, due to high prices, I am going to be forced to make a change from bringing my vehicles to Eagle Pride, after 15 years. Although David has always been professional and friendly, he can only follow the company guidelines in quoting the repair rates that are on the computer. Those charges to replace the thermostat on my truck were just more than someone on Social Security can afford. Time to shop around.
