Another great repair
I just got my 12 year old Audi Q7 diesel back today fully repaired and ready for another 100k+ miles. It was an expensive repair but Easy Rider tried to do the best job possible for the least amount of money. Butch communicated with me personally and frequently on the repair. I appreciated that they worked so hard for me.

Great Service
I recently brought my 2020 Blazer in for an oil change a NYS inspection and to have my transmission checked out because the car was bucking at low speed. The staff did a great job with the oil change and inspection, but the transmission is not serviceable. Butch, however, went above and beyond by researching the problem ( turns out to be a common issue with the transmissions) and pointing me in the right direction to get it fixed. I find Butch and his staff to be professional, courteous and very trustworthy.

Great service and customer support
My check engine light came on Friday around 3:00PM and I had to drive about 3 hours away on Sunday for a wedding. I stopped by unannounced around 5:00, just as they were getting ready to close up, and they checked the issue with their computer and told me I was safe to drive on Sunday. Eased my mind not having to worry that I would break down during the trip. Then they got my car in on Tuesday to fix the issue. Couldn’t be happier with everything about my experience.

Terrific auto repair shop
An amazing experience at Easy Rider auto repair at the corner of 25 and Elwood Road. The owner, Butch, has been there for 30 years and I know why - the service is excellent and he is terrific to deal with. Fair, honest, and a warm personality. The best around.
