Don’t buy here
Got an new palisade 7 miles , love the car then heard noises from motor, took it in tech said it needed shims on an new are , so ok got the part then wasn’t getting oil pressure, ?took over an month and an half just to buy back never again will I go with this brand, sales manager didn’t try to help he just say it’s use

Worst experience
This has truly been the worst experience I have had buying a vehicle and I've had some bad ones. Not sure if it's with everyone or they saw me as a pushover, single woman, stereotypical bs. Transparency and great customer service is clearly relative to the person saying these words. I never say a window sticker or anything for the vehicle I purchased - one me for not doing my homework before showing up. The car had a $5K market up (due to the chip shortage) which wasn't told to me. They did agree to add leather "at no cost" and I was told they are eating the $1300 for. When I got home, I found the car I just purchased listed on the website for $5K less than I paid. I emailed one of the salesman to find out why there was such a difference and received ZERO response. Then I found one with ALL the items I truly wanted some in transit so, I go in to take advantage to the Edmond Hyundai Promise - 72 hr exhange program. When I showed up at the dealership this morning, I was told I would have to pay the difference - I asked if, since they were "eating the $1300 to put leather in the one I have, if they would apply the $1300 to the one I wanted to exchange for and I would just pay the difference. I was told "they can't". So when I finally decided to proceed, I spent 2 hrs at the dealership again this evening, told 3 people why I was there and finally at 8:45 I walked to the sales managers desk to catch attitude and the be told the exchange program only works for cars actually on the lot, if it had been on the lot to begin with I would have purchased it Saturday. They had multiple chances today to tell me that this was not an option, and this is how it played out. I even texted and asked what the requirements were - the response I got was it had to be a vehicle of equal or greater value. Totally unfreaking believable! I'm guessing the sales manager I talked to was Matthew not sure because he didn't introduce himself, but he was not at all concerned with helping me, maybe it's the stereotypical single woman that knows nothing and will just take it and deal with it. They still owe me leather on the car I did purchase and I'm apparently stuck with so we will see if that happens as promised. How do you talk to 4 people, including the sales manager, and NOBODY knows to exchange a vehicle under the so called promise it has to be for one on the lot??? This whole thing was a freaking joke! I didn't want to give one star but I had to in order to post this
