Brought a 2015 Dodge Dart (that I had just bought a week ago from DriveTime) in for them to diagnose why my cruise control wasn't working. Had reset my oil life (which was at 3%) the night before... The next morning on the way to Empire I tried the cruise control again and it was working. One I got to Empire I explained the situation and the girl at the front said they couldn't diagnose the issue if there wasn't one. I agreed and was prepared to leave until she said she would try to recreate the problem. She came back shortly after and said she was able to get the cruise control to not activate when turning the wheel and pressing the switch. She said there was an issue and that Silver Rock (the warranty company for DriveTime) would cover. About a half hour later a mechanic came back and told her that all components checked out fine and it seemed that there was caked on dirt behind the switch... She then charged me 1/2 hour labor which was 50.00 plus tax... This is absurd and I will not do business with them again...
