My name is Joe. I'm the shop manager at Empire Auto Care. I'd like to speak with you regarding your recent service visit.
In regards to the oil change. We feel that our synthetic blend is a better alternative to standard motor oil. We choose to use it because it holds up better in the Florida heat.
Other companies, such as Firestone and Tires Plus use the same type of oil as their basic oil service.
As far as the brake service is concerned. When we recommend replacing the brake pads we also recommend replacing the rotors as well. We do so because resurfacing rotors makes them more susceptible to warping.
