Horrible service!
I had my 2016 Porsche Cayenne serviced at Eurospec and it was the worst experience ever. I had to drop my vehicle off three different times & the issue was never resolved. They kept my vehicle for a minimum of two weeks each time & I specifically told them my wife needs the vehicle to get around and there was absolutely no sense of urgency. I spoke to the owner of the company after the second and he assured me that my vehicle would be taken care of but it was not. After paying over $4000.00 for a job that was never done, I was frustrated & decided to go elsewhere. Eurospec was recommended to me by a friend & I regret ever stepping foot in the shop. I feel like I was taken advantage of and after wasting that much money at a time like this effected my family dearly.

Great Service and Experience every time!
I have been taking my Audi A7 to Euro Spec for over a year and have had great service and experiences every time. They recently did my oil change and complete maintenance check and discovered that the water pump was beginning to fail and the coolent was low. Steve handled everything for me with my extended warranty company and promptly began the repair. I trust this shop and they have always provided first class service! Thank you Steve!

Customer BEWARE!!!
BEWARE!! Took my Mercedes for the first time to have it checked and for a quote on brakes and all seemed well until I drove the car home and the Mercedes began to burn oil to the point where the car was smoking down the road. When I called them they said that it was probably washer fluid that had soaked the exhaust manifold because they insisted that they had not touched anything under the hood. I allowed my car to cool down in my garage before I took it to another mechanic. When I drove out of the garage, my garage floor was full of oil. Mind you, my Mercedes never leaked oil, ever. Long story short, I took it to another mechanic immediately and found that Eur Spec had (intentionally) loosened the oil cap. When I spoke to them, they insisted that they had not touched anything under the hood. They simply told me to have the car towed to their facility so they could see what was wrong with it. If you are looking for a mechanic, do not go to this place!!!

First Time Mercedes Owner
Purchased my 2013 C250 from a local Mercedes dealership. With all the cars I have owned over the years, I have never and will never take them to the dealer to be serviced. Got online to look for a local shop and found Euro Spec to be rated very highly. The check engine light had come on after I had it for eight months, took it to Euro Spec and they said they would fit me in, and they did. I cannot say enough about the professionalism, timely service, and the explanation of services for my Mercedes. When I picked up the car, I met the owner and he is a nice young man. Highly recommend.

Great customer service/knowledgeable technicians
I had a '74 FJ40 that was running horribly. I wasn't sure that the guys at Euro Spec would even work on that type vehicle given that every time I drive by their shop there's always Porsche's, BMW's and MB's parked outside awaiting service but I thought "what the hell, maybe they can get this thing running right". Best move I ever made. It took awhile to diagnose the problems and they worked with me to get the necessary parts in from CA, CO and other places but it runs like a top now, it doesn't leak on my garage floor and everything feels "tight".
Hats off to Ryan and Luis and the rest of the guys at Euro Spec for sticking with what had to be a very frustrating repair job. They were excellent and to deal with and they kept me informed as to what was going on throughout the whole process.
Now-if I could just fine a good paint guy...

EXCELLENT, KNOWLEDGEABLE, PERSONABLE, AND THOROUGH SERVICE
THESE GUYS KEEP MY PORSCHE IN GREAT SHAPE. THEY CAREFULLY INSPECT ALL THE MECHANICAL ASPECTS OF THE CAR AND LET ME KNOW WHAT WILL NEED SERVICE AND WHEN IT WILL NEED IT. I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THEM SINCE 2013.

Beware!! Dishonest Shop...
In mid 2015, Euro Spec insisted to replace my Mercedes CLS tires with Continental Tires. In less than 20,000 mi the front left tire has a golf ball size tumor protruding out of the sidewall. I start reading reviews from Continental online which shock me that many many peoples had great deal of issues with this brand.(one star rating!) My tire was sent up to Continental Carolina headquarter for evaluation but found inconclusive. They offered me a prorated replacement which I refused. I think it's a reckless endangerment issue must be address ASAP.
Last year they've replaced the front brake pads. Since then I've been going back(2X) to complaint about the harsh pulsation from the front end during braking. They flush the brake fluid adjusted the brakes(twice) and even suggested to replace the tires but it never solved the vibration issue. So I brought my car to a Mercedes specialist and they instantly told me it was caused by 2 different type of brake pads(front & back). In another word, they've installed a wrong kind of brake pads on my car.
I've spent a few thousand bucks with them in the past 3 years they should have a moral obligation to replace my tires and brake pads but "NO" they didn't no even an apology.
Shame, shame shame.

Honestly
Eurospec has provided excellent services. I have been a customer in the last few years and I am very happy with their service. Customer service is great. Especially, Steve is very honest and very helpful to assist me every time. I would continue to keep Eurospec for my car maintenance.
